One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is Apple Pie. I just cannot resist a warm slice of apple pie with freshly whipped cream - no matter how much other food I already had :)
And since my kids share my love of pie, today's lunch features:
- an apple and peanut butter "Apple Pie" sandwich
- a "pumpkin" tangerine and
- a fall themed side of celery, carrots, mini pepper and raspberries stuffed with roasted almonds
